We recently did psychological assessment of college students in State of Maharashtra and found that almost 15-20% students have depression or anxiety in the moderate to severe category and 11 % have the ADHD. The level of comorbidity is also high. We may find same % of disorders if we perform the tests in your colleges because our young generation is going through the same challenges across. Needless to say these psychological disorders are affecting the education and careers of our students. Millions of our children and their families are facing disasters because these disorders are not being noticed. All this can be effectively avoided if we screen our students in schools and colleges, just like the physical health checkups that happen today. Take the initiative and reach out to us. Use the tests to make them better
If you are convinced on the cause and are ready to commit, we can help you do the rest. Use the English / Marathi psychometric tests given on our platform to conduct the mass tests for all students in one go. It will detect if any of them has symptom of disorders like depression, anxiety, ADHD etc. Depending on your location, we will also arrange a team of psychologists to help you further. Mind you, an early detection of the disorder even in one student, is a family saved from disaster.
Besides disorders, the psychological tests can also be used for the overall development of your students. This kind of testing followed by a session of counseling is increasingly becoming a practice in high end urban schools. The cost involved in such analysis and coaching is so high (of the order of a few thousand Rupees per student) that most schools / colleges can not afford. We have created the platform where these kind of tests such as such as Emotional Intelligence, Motivation, Aptitude, Entrepreneur skills etc. are made available free of cost. We also have created a roadmap for these students consisting of online trainings and retesting so that they can make their own progress. How will we execute the project?
Once you write to us, we will go through following steps;
(1) We give you and your directors a brief overview of the project.
(2) You will give us name(s) of persons from the institute who will be the coordinators of this project.
(3) We provide online training to the coordinator and explain the details of the project. We also decide together which tests we have to include in this exercise. (Disorder + Developmental)
(4) We conduct an online webinars for your teachers to bring them onboard on this project. A similar brief lecture to students / and their parents preferably on the Induction day to give a heads up on the assessment is highly recommended.
(5) We schedule a day and conduct the test using the link of the test that we place at your disposal. We will personally come to the institute on the day of the test, if you think that will help, otherwise we will support it online. We will also give a 10 min briefing to students before the test so that they give their responses honestly.
(6) We analyze the responses and give you a comprehensive report within a week. If you are looking for a list of slow or quick learners in this exercise, we will provide you with the same. (to be used for NBA/ NAC accreditation)
(7) Reports of DISORDER TESTS are given to you for further actions. (not shared with students directly however our automated mail sending program can do the same on your behalf). We jointly organize a team of psychologists who scrutinize the "probable disorder cases" given by the tests. In cases where the disorders are confirmed by psychologists, you will write to the parents and advise them to meet the psychologists. Psychologists guide the parents on further actions.
(8) As far as DEVELOPMENT tests are concerned, we provide the result directly to the students and organize a brief session explaining how to read the report. We also guide them on how they should follow the path of development further using various training kept online on this site.
(9) We give YOU a certificate of recognition for the success of this project and publish the story on social media narrating how YOU contributed to this noble cause.
